This will happen to you if you use the smartphone before you sleep.

Smartphone likes a drug nowadays. People use it every time and everywhere, from early in the morning till late night, from home, school, work etc. we also use smartphone for many reason, from communicate, game, social media etc. because smartphone is really fun and functional, it makes us addicted to it. Did you know that play smartphone late in the night before you sleep will cause many problems to your healthy? This will happens if you play smartphone before you sleep.

1. Brain’s tiredness
Play smartphone late in the night make your brain tired. When you are playing smartphone, the smartphone will exposure blue light that disturbs your sleep schedule and then distract and impair your memory. It also makes you harder to learn and haven’t good sleep because Neurotoxin’s build up.

2. Depression
When you get expose by blue light, except your sleep will ruined, your melatonin level may increase, in it makes you easier to get depression. Depression will gives you many bad aspects in your study, social etc.

3. Obesity risk
You start to get fat? Maybe it is because you play your smartphone late in the night. When the melatonin level and your sleep schedule already disturbed, smartphone light will mess with hormones that control hunger. The blue light makes your body work more often because you haven’t get a good sleep, it increases the possibility of obesity.

4. Cancer
Cancer is dangerous disease. It’s hard to be cures, so make sure you are out of it. When you play you’re phone before you sleep. The blue light will also increase the possibility of breast on prostate cancer when your sleeps already disturbed.

5. Eyes poor healthy
Make sure you not play your smartphone before you sleep. When you use your smartphone late in the night, it makes your eyes are tire because its expose by blue light too much time. It also increases the possibility of Cataracts.


Smartphone is like a drug for everyone nowadays. Is it okay to use smartphone, because it will gives you many advantages. But don’t forget to keep your healthy. Use smartphone in the night will gives you many diseases. So be aware with your healthiness with stop using smartphone late in the night. Give a time to yourself to sleep. Don’t forget to exercises and eats healthy fruit. Don’t forget to be happy.
