f.       Summary
Mr. Bennett and Mrs. Bennett is 18th century couple which had five daughters: Jane, Elizabeth, Lydia, Kitty, and Mary. They lived with enough wealth, not more or not less. One day, a wealthy man named Mr. Bingley with his siblings came to their land. Mrs. Bennett had an ambitious to give a marriage to Jane with Mr. Bingley. When the Bennett came to Mr. Bingley’s house, they met Mr. Darcy. Darcy was an arrogant man. No one liked him. But people said that Mr. Darcy is really wealthy. Even he arrogant, all of the girl put her sight on him. Elizabeth Bennett is the only exception. She didn’t interested with Mr. Darcy. She was thinking that who had an arrogant manner is a bad man. Mr. Darcy really curious to Elizabeth. Started with that, Mr. Darcy fell in love with Elizabeth. Of course Elizabeth hated Darcy, she much hearing about Darcy’s arrogance especially from Mr. Wickham the army. There are many things happened. Jane finally married with Mr. Bingley. Mr. Wickham was a bad man, talked many lie things about Mr. Darcy to Elizabeth. He finally married with Lydia. Elizabeth realized that Mr. Darcy is a good man, she was blind with all of her prejudices. But finally, she could fix it and they finally married. Everyone has happy ending.

2.     Reflection
I realize that everyone has a pride. Even in nowadays, it doesn’t change too much. If they have money, they can be arrogant. But I believe that there are good men who not arrogant with what they have. Sometimes, pride can be an obstacle. For example,  when Mr. Darcy told to Elizabeth that he fell in love with her. Elizabeth hated him because Mr. Darcy is really arrogant.
In other way, there is a feeling named prejudice. Elizabeth hated him because she had a prejudice to Mr. Darcy. Not all what she think about Mr. Darcy is true. Mr. Darcy is a good man, he did many good things. But still Elizabeth think Mr. Darcy is a bad man. That’s why they couldn’t be together at the beginning.
Then they learnt to not having pride or prejudices. They wasted their ego. Finally they could be together.
I think in our life, we have to not be pride about something. Everything in our life is not ours. It can be an obstacle to the good things that will come to our life. We have to not making prejudices to other people. Like people say don’t judge a book by its cover. Everyone has a good things in their life.

Do Not Stand at My Grave And Weep
By: Mary Elizabeth Frye

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in
the morning’s hush.
I am the swift uplifting rush.
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starshine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there, I did not die.

Poem analysis:
I think that the poem so gloomy, it has deeply meaning for the her(poetry). She seems to welcome death not as the ending of a life, but as the beginning of another. She has a wise, firm and powerful character. It’s proved by the first line of the poem, it is not a plea or a suggestion, but a command. I think, if she sees that she is very welcoming death as the beginning of another it seems that she has depression disorder. Its like she has already bored with her life, but she already loves with all people arround her.  It proved by  her claims that she is not there in the ground, but that she is alive. She goes on to explain where they can find her. She promises to be with them in the “winds that blow” and in the “diamond glints on snow”. She is still with them in the elements of nature. So they still can feel her presence, even if not a physically bodily presence.
In the first stanzas the poem has AABB rhyme and different rhyme in the next stanzas. The poem has repitition example. So the poem also full of metaphor. Its proved in the line 2-6 and line 7-9.
The reason why I chose  because it reminds me to my dead friend. She has a very cheerful and humble character. So her death left a lot of memories especially for me.

The Jump
By: Leo Tolstoy
Short story analysis.
This short story tells of a boy who has an unstable emotion, in which a monkey harasses him by taking the hat that the boy uses. Then the monkey started tearing off the boy's hat and the boy's emotions dragged. He chased the monkey for punishment, but the monkey was very agile. This story takes place inside the ship, where the monkeys continue to climb the mast with the boys who follow him. Until the boy arrived at the top of the mast, the mast was very high, he was on the verge of death because if he fell then  he will die instantly. Suddenly came the captain of the ship who was  the father of the child. He was a wise father, in such a hectic condiition he could find a way to save his beloved son. He pointed a gun at his son so he can to jump into the sea, after that the crew also jumped into the sea to save the child. At the end of the story his son has survived  from the very near death.

Moral value: Patience will lead us to salvation, do not be emotional. Always calm in every situation or condition so we can find the right solution to our problem.

Short Story Analysis : A Haunted House by Virginia Woolf

A Haunted Hous e by Virginia Woolf             Whatever hour you woke there was a door shutting. From room to room they went, hand in hand, lifting here, opening there, making sure—a ghostly couple.             “Here we left it,” she said. And he added, “Oh, but here too!” “It’s upstairs,” she murmured. “And in the garden,” he whispered “Quietly,” they said, “or we shall wake them.”                But it wasn’t that you woke us. Oh, no. “They’re looking for it; they’re drawing the curtain,” one might say, and so read on a page or two. “Now they’ve found it,” one would be certain, stopping the pencil on the margin. And then, tired of reading, one might rise and see for oneself, the house all empty, the doors standing open, only the wood pigeons bubbling with content and the hum of the threshing ma...
