How to Deal with Traffic Jam

There are so many negative impacts of a traffic jam. Do you feel it?  In addition to wasting time and fuel, a traffic jam can also trigger emotions such as disgust with irritability. Of courses, not only you, most of the people on the street complain if exposed to a standstill. Therefore, rather than saturated or even stress due to the travel, you should try some of the following ways. Some of the following ways can eliminate the stress when faced with traffic jam :


1. Listen to Music

Bored and tired often make You ranting in the middle of jammed streets. if you have this, it's time to play and listen to your favorite music. In addition to making relax, music can also improve Your mood.If necessary, you can also sing. However, keep in mind that we should also pay attention to the road and traffic in front of us. To be safe, We could use tapes DVD or connect our phone to the Bluetooth audio in our car.  Important to remain that safety first. Not focus while we drive and listen to music could cause unwanted thing.

2. Exploration

Rather than dwell in one place for a long time due to jammed, there is okay when you stop in one place and enjoy it. Maybe, You could find a lot of interesting things around, such as delicious restaurant, beautiful scenery, and talking to another passenger (if you are using public transport)


  
3. Eat A Snack

Chewing a candy or eat another snack can distract your focus from the traffic jam that makes you saturated. In addition, snacking can also make your mood better ! Choose a snack that does not have a strong smell to be the primary choice. Don't choose wrong snacks that are making us queasy on the road.

4. Chatting

One of the advantages of not going alone is that You have a friend to talk to share complaints or saturated due to the traffic jammed. With them, You can tell him anything or just explore the place together to eliminate saturated. Keep in mind that safety is a priority. So, keep concentrate guys.

5. Read

Take a long trip? Bring a reading material like books, magazines, or even newspapers. In addition, to relieve saturated, reading can also add your knowledge. Maybe,  this way is not suitable for some people who are easily dizzy.

6. Sleep

This way is suitable for the passengers. You do not need to face a long stuck, just close your eyes, and voila all you know that you’ve arrived. This way can certainly conserve your energy during the trip.
