Surabi, a traditional food from Bandung, Indonesia known for its soft yet crunchy texture with a sensational combination of sweet and salty on each bite. Your trip in Bandung will not be perfect without enjoying this food.

Surabi sellers in Bandung have been developing their own recipe of surabi, including the owner of this famous surabi place: Surabi Enhai. Surabi Enhai is not only famous in Indonesia, but also in Germany. It is famous for its various options of topping, from the traditional ones to the modern ones. The customer can choose chocolate, milk, cheese, jackfruit, banana, durian, cookies & cream, strawberry, sweet corn, or ice cream as their option of topping. Surabi Enhai also provides the customers who are not fans of sweet surabi with sausage, chicken, kornet, and telur asin (duck egg that has been processed to add salty flavour in it) as their topping options. Besides choosing between sweet and meaty toppings, the customers can also choose their surabi cake to be sweet, salty, or spicy. Everyone can try the surabi because the price is reasonable enough. Surabi price in Surabi Enhai ranges from Rp 7,000.00 to Rp 20,000.00 per surabi.



What makes Surabi Enhai more interesting, surabi is not the only food they sell there. They also sell main courses like rawon, sup iga (cow ribs soup), fried rice, bubur ayam (porridge with chiken). The customers can also find non Indonesian main courses like spaghetti bolognese and Pattaya fried rice. Surabi Enhai also provides their customer with various cold and hot beverages like tea, coffee, juices, and soft drinks.

Surabi Enhai is located on Jalan Setiabudhi No.186, Setiabudi, Bandung, right in front of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (STPB) which was known as National Hotel Institute (NHI). The customers can feel the friendly vibe right after stepping inside the place, which makes the place suitable for family gathering or even just for spending free time. Surabi Enhai opens everyday from 10 AM until 12 PM so people who love late midnight snacks can go to the place to enjoy their surabi.
