Succeed Your Resolution

arablit.org

2018 have came! Everyone make their wishes and most of the renew their resolution in the new year. They hope that everything will be better than yesteryears in this year. Resolution is a firm decision to do or not to do something or the action of solving a problem, dispute, or contentious matter. Maybe some of you have not renewed your goals, or maybe last year you have not reached your goals successfully. Now, I want to give you solution to succeed your resolution and may will inspire you to renew you.
To make a big change is not as easy as flip your hand. But something will be easy to do if we do it little by little. In example if you have the habit of eating junk food and you want to stop it, don't stop it immediately. Try to write the last date when you ate the junk food, don't eat junk food again after a week. After that try to extend the range, so on and on.
If last year you have a workout program, but you don't finish it perfectly. Now, try to do it again and make it to be your resolution again in this year.
First, when you woke up in the morning, do a short exercise in 15 minutes. Next day, increase your exercise in 30 minutes. The days after, increase your duration again. But don't forget to relax your body in the week end. Appreciate yourself if you can do your workout schedule.
But, if you have bigger resolution such as getting a scholarship to study abroad, you have to do your work harder. You have to collect more information, expand your relationship, study harder, and so on.
A resolution will be difficult in the beginning, but if it is done step by step everything will be easy.

And he added, “Oh, but here too!” “It’s upstairs,” she murmured. “And in the garden,” he whispered “Quietly,” they said, “or we shall wake them.”                But it wasn’t that you woke us. Oh, no. “They’re looking for it; they’re drawing the curtain,” one might say, and so read on a page or two. “Now they’ve found it,” one would be certain, stopping the pencil on the margin. And then, tired of reading, one might rise and see for oneself, the house all empty, the doors standing open, only the wood pigeons bubbling with content and the hum of the threshing machine sounding from the farm. “What did I come in here for? What did I want to find?” My hands were empty. “Perhaps it’s upstairs then?” The apples were in the loft. And so down a
