Do you ever heard of Lucid Dream or Lucid Dreaming?



Well, Lucid Dream is one of the amazing thing human can do. You can be whatever you want, buy fancy things, built your dream house in just a second, anything. It sounds just like a fantasy, but the most impossible thing can happen through a Lucid Dream.

Lucid Dreaming is a state when you are fully aware that you are dreaming. That means you can vividly see your dream and control it. When you are on a regular dream you can remember when you start your dream and you just feel like watching yourself doing something. You can easily forget your regular dreams because the brain will think it is unrealistic and unimportant.

Sleep paralyses may occur before Lucid Dream. Sleep paralyse is a state between dreaming and waking. This can be frightening since you cannot move your body and feel like a monstrous creature or ghost is above your body.

With Lucid Dream you can get many benefits:

2. Get high inspiration of art
3. Access your subconscious
4. Solve problems
5. Stop fears and phobias
6. Practice real life skills
7. Have fun

How to Lucid Dreaming?
The most effective and fast way is by start writing your dreams. Keep a dream journal and a pen near your bed. As soon as you are awake from your sleep, write your dream. Do it daily, you will be easier in remembering your dream day by day. Other important things to have a Lucid Dream is be healthy.
There is also a movie of Lucid Dream by Christopher Nolan. The title of the movie is Inception.
